MASSAGE OF BODY ARMOR IN PRIMAL REINTEGRATION

I. DON'TS

A. - Don't touch until the person indicates where by:

  • Pointing where

    • a. Consciously, or

    • b. Unconsciously

  • Telling Where

  • Showing an observable block in:

    • a. Flow of energy

    • b. Flow of bodily movement

B. - Push very long either when:

  • No reaction is triggered

  • When a reaction is triggered

C. - Push continuously

    Push in rhythm with their breathing at first
D.- Try to be a hero and hurt someone


Il. DO'S

A. - Touch

  1. When other person indicates
  2. Where other person indicates
  3. How other person indicates
B. - Push only a little harder than they indicate

C. - Try to sense the rigid muscle with your fingers and massage only it

D. - Be suspicious when the rigid area moves more than 2 or 3 times in a random direction

E. - Stop when the area is soft
