The Ultimate Alternative?

- An Interactive Computer Program -

The Background

"This program is designed to help you bring up your undesired feelings -- so you can get rid of them permanently.

But, you must do the work required.

Some of it will be unpleasant."

"Although many have realized most involuntary emotions may be evoked by thought alone -- an act which clearly implies the use of memories -- the resultant real feelings in real time have led people to ignore the fact that memory is involved in the generation of emotions."

"Instead, many wrongly attribute their emotions to current happenings - to people, places, things, words, and ideas (or mental illnesses), rather than to a specific presentation of body states from their own past memories.

They consistently fail to realize their brains are re-creating body states as a result of a continuous assessment of the meaning of events and thoughts.

Failing to recall any events from infancy and few from early childhood in a conceptual manner (with images, sounds, and thoughts), people have been certain that they cannot remember feelings from infancy or early childhood, either.

But, they can and do - every day of their lives."

"A major reason that people have misunderstood human emotions is that they have come to believe they cannot remember anything from their infancy or early childhood years.

Yet, until now, no one has been able to explain how or why children at age four know so much - yet by age seven can only recall a few of those many things they knew so well at that age."

"Joyous, happy, warm, pleased, contented, excited, proud, confident, enthusiastic, patriotic, loyal, sexual arousal, ecstatic and other "good" (pleasureful) thought-induced feelings are all re-created from memories of early childhood -- like the "bad" (unpleasant) ones are, too."

". . . everyone's brain routinely communicates information about what happened to us as babies- by creating all of our normal emotions, most of our abnormal ones, and by affecting our personal likes and dislikes!"

"Any and all changes in your feelings that you might attribute to watching a movie in a theater, (or to anything you see on TV), are old feelings brought up as memories from your infancy and/or your early childhood.

That includes feelings of anger, joy, sadness, surprise, curiosity, amusement, fear, disgust, pleasure, and all other such feelings.

None are ever new feelings."

"In fact, it's impossible for you to re-create (in the future) any body state (a feeling) that originates today or that first originated after early childhood.

You cannot bring up feelings from thought alone that you haven't had before as an infant or young child!

All this means that after you properly identify, trace, and relive them, using this PANACEA! process, you won't be able to bring up any of those undesirable body states (emotions, feelings, body movements) ever again."

The Process

"While most people have no problem bringing up some undesired emotion (from a relaxed state) just by thinking about some recent event, some people do.

They may insist that what's happening causes such emotions - failing to accept the idea - that it's the meaning of what's happening that brings up their feelings.

But, remember, if you fail to trace your feelings the first time you try, you can always try again.

They won't go away.

In fact, you will probably have them forever - unless you use this process to eradicate them.

So, learn how to use it."

"Whenever you bring up an involuntary feeling - or have a series of involuntary body movements that can be initiated by thought alone, they are, in fact, being re-created from memory of early life events."

"Of great importance is the fact that babies - like older people, too, have no body receptors capable of creating such feelings.

People have no fear receptors.

They have no anger receptors.

People create fear and anger - from memories of previous pain, healing responses, and their association with ideas!"

"For example, a baby is awakened by a strange sound and it cries. There is nothing wrong with it. It is re-creating a feeling from its memory of a previous unpleasant experience. If it awakens to its mother's soft voice and sees her smiling face, it smiles, coos, and feels good. It re-creates good feelings from pleasant memories. However, babies cannot associate the image of a "skull and crossed bones " on a bottle of poison with the idea that its contents can hurt them. There will be no "mental awareness" of harm or danger (or many other concepts) for a long time."

"Instead, as babies develop, they first respond only to their sensed feelings - to real stimuli. They respond reflexively -- without thought or the use of memory."

"People remember and re-create many of the specific things that happened to them as young children."

"It also follows that (in a normal person), if birth reflexes disappear at a later age never to return again - and if they can be elicited and manifested in an adult during a time when the Subject's mind has been suitably placed at an early age, then that would be a strong indication that the individual is actually reliving that early age - and that what he feels and replicates is genuinely an early, possibly an original, experience being recalled from memory."

"Unfortunately, medical science has yet to understand and accept the fact that there are no diseases that cause thought-induced emotions.

But, other people now know that such feelings are simply re-created feelings - specific old memories from our own childhood.

And, at last, new freedom from old feelings."

"There is a pathway back to every undesired body state. But, it requires reliving those combining events so the body feelings which were combined may be identified and made recognizable at earlier ages.

That process requires bringing up an undesired body state at your current age, going back a few years, and testing to see if you know it at that age.

If you don't recognize it, - something happened to you after that age to combine it with one (or more) other feelings - so that you don't recognize it anymore at the younger age.

"If you have some strong feelings at age four, you may lose the feelings when checking for them at age three. When you go back up toward age four, you may be surprised to discover that you may for the first time in your adult life see, hear, and also feel what happened to you during some key event.

You also may think you have relived an original because you are under age five and never knew about the event conceptually. And, you may have done that . . . and if so, you will have eradicated some or all of the unwanted states.

However, some of the states may have been RE-created during the key event at age four . . . and actually originated much earlier. That will become apparent if you properly go on back to age three again and find you still can bring them all up, or one or more of what you can hold on to."

"Don't mess up your tracing by thinking of other things. Hold on to it by thinking about your feelings. . . Keep saying: 'My XXXXX still hurts! " Doing that keeps your mind concentrated on the feeling and not wandering around to bring up something else!

Now, when you have got it again at age three, you go back to age two again. . . test it again, ready. . . go! You may say, 'Hey, it's still gone at age two. . . ah. . . I got this thing narrowed down." So, you narrow it down even more - going slowly from age three down a bit towards two . . . but, hold on to that unwanted state. . . Now, go only a single month, or just a week, or a day - at a time - if you want.

You do that so you won't miss it and will know exactly the moment when it can't be re-created again at that lower (younger) age."

"When you have relived the event, or given your brain time to do so without necessarily presenting all the states, go on back to even younger ages and continue testing to see what you can feel.

If you have fully relived the event and it was an original, the feelings you had will be gone -- when you return to that age, and if not immediately, later, perhaps hours after your session has ended.

Then, they will no longer come up."

"You may 'lose control' for a while. Some experiences may last a few minutes - some for an hour. If you become physically exhausted, open your eyes and rest for a while.

Remember, that you are not in a trance. You're wide awake- feeling what you felt when you were a child because you can and do remember body feelings!

The normal pleasant ones, you let come up daily- but you try to keep the unpleasant ones from doing so. Often, you fail - they're involuntary!"

"While you relive being younger, you are still observing it all as the older person you are today. That's the idea- the main purpose - to make a new memory NOW that you will remember and use hereafter instead of the old ones.

So, open your eyes from time to time. See yourself reliving the early experiences- especially, the original one."

"During the tracing process, when you think of being some younger age, don't remind or tell yourself that you should know or have the feeling because you remember feeling it during some experience at or before that age.

Just think of being the specified age - and then test if you can feel it (the undesired body state feeling) again in your body! Feel if you know it, don't: See if you know it! When you do that, you will be remembering and feeling real physical body states-feelings, emotions, and movements -- all from memory -- and without necessarily "seeing what happened."

"If you relive a powerful and important emotional experience, you may want to interrupt the process for a day or so while you think about it all. You may even feel a lot better.

But, don't quit!

That relief will only be temporary.

You must find all the times that it got combined with other old feelings so that you can locate and relive the original event."

"Then, the relief from that feeling will be complete, permanent, and irreversible.

So, don't hesitate to stop your tracing during a session and begin again at another time."

"Some people go from one event right into another with only a few moments' rest. They move right up to an older age.

Some people relive an event, allowing the feelings to peak, and then let them diminish as it ends.

Others, just go on to the next one. For example, you may relive an event at three years old, complete it in ten or fifteen minutes, relax for a moment or two without even opening your eyes, and start another one."

"You never have to relive any of the events you have already examined- unless you're using a different feeling or you failed to reveal something of importance. You go right past them - recognizing the feeling at earlier ages.

In some instances, you may bring up a rather strong feeling yet be unable to recall images or the concept of what's going on - even at ages above early childhood."

"If you cannot bring up a specific body state that you have been tracing after you have traced it back to early childhood ages (and you have relived some event at an early age), then you may have found the original experience when it was placed in your memory.

You may have permanently eradicated the undesired emotion and/or its related body states.

Of course, that's been your objective and you have succeeded in reaching it!"

"In fact, if you have fully relived the original event (that's the first time you ever felt those body feelings), you should have no problem thereafter using the new conventional memory you have just made while reliving that event.

When you find yourself thinking about what happened to you, perhaps hours or days later, remember to take several deep breaths, relax, and tell yourself that: "Nothing like that is happening to me now! "

You say that, preferably out loud, while you are thinking of whatever you had recalled (and felt) while you relived the original experience at your computer. (Please notice that you don't need to relive the original event itself - that is, you don't place your mind back at that early age.

Rather, you think of - and see yourself having - the experience at the computer when you relived the original event.

You remember reliving the original - but, you don't relive it again. Please note that there is a significant difference between the two acts.)"

Going Back to Birth and Before

"The only problem with going all the way back to conception, or to only six months after your creation, is that you just may not think you can do that.

Until you do it, it may be hard to accept the idea that you can do it. Actually, you can, even if you don't seem to remember anything. You'd be surprised at what some people believe they can remember."

"If, and only when you can bring up the feeling at some younger age than the last event, are you ready to continue the tracing process to younger ages.

Do so, and if necessary, go on back to your infancy, to the time you were born, and even prior to your birth. Every user should use PANACEA! to examine that period of his or her life."

"The PANACEA! program enables you to place your mind at ages which are several months before your birth - without the use of hypnosis. It mechanizes the entire counting-up process culminating in that significant event.

You can even go forward or back in time from any age prior to birth. Don't hesitate to use this capability to examine and eradicate whatever undesired feelings and body states you may have placed in your memory during this important prenatal period of your life.

You can relive them again while sitting at your computer.

Many people find it fascinating."

Some users have inquired as to how long it takes to use the process to eradicate some specific undesired emotional body state.

The answer is that it varies depending on the selected body state, the age of the person, the number of events during which several body states were combined throughout the person's life, the nature of any events, including the original, which occurred during early childhood, and upon the understanding, concentration, and dedication of the user."

"While almost everyone doubts they can remember anything at early ages - especially their peri-natal period and early childhood, the fact is that we all routinely remember events when we were infants and young children - usually every day of our lives.

You won't remember such events in the same manner as you do events which first originated after your pre-school age years. You won't likely see any images or hear any sounds inside your head like you do when you recall being an older child, adolescent, or and adult. You won't remember any words, thoughts, or ideas you might have had or learned during the first several years of your life."

"Always keep in mind that the PANACEA! process has the capability to eradicate any normal (pleasant and unpleasant) body states re-created from infancy and early childhood in the same manner that it does your so-called abnormal undesired states and emotions.

You can eradicate pleasant (though undesired) compulsions. Also, read the material about human sexuality to understand the true causes of sexual arousal."

"You need not fear turning yourself into a person who is free of all emotion (like Mr. Spock of StarTrek) or of accidentally eradicating your sense of humor and your ability to laugh.

While it is theoretically possible to eradicate all such emotions, as yet no one has used PANACEA! for such purposes.

To permanently eradicate a pleasant (good) emotion or body state (such as joy, love, or sexual arousal), you must intentionally bring it up, trace it back, and relive the original event. It is unlikely you will do all that by accident and without intention.

So, be assured that although PANACEA! is, indeed, unprecedentedly powerful, it is also quite safe to use. Just don't let any irresponsible teenagers use it unsupervised."
